I have never had a Rolfing treatment before and I always was hesitant because of what I thought a treatment might be like. Really, I had no idea what a treatment entailed. Stephanie understands the body and she was able to release long held tension in my shoulders. I'm not fixed yet, but I feel I am on my way. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful treatment.
