I wear my VoxxLife socks 24 hours a day and swear by them for pain control. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee. Even though I hike, walk, run approximately 8 miles a day, my knee never gives me any trouble as long as I am wearing my HPT socks. I don't need to take any kind of pain medication or use topical pain lotion. I have been a VoxxLife user for almost 4 years. I still wear the first pair I bought.
